MAKE YOUR IMPACT

GOLF HOME ASSESSMENT

Performance Physical Therapy

Have you ever experienced nagging or persistent injury or pain? You may have tried several treatment approaches (including physical therapy) with some temporary help, but just can't seem to get the long-term results you want?  Here at IMPACT, we believe in going further than just treating the source of your pain (low back, shoulder, neck, etc.).  We help guide you to where you want to be by taking it to the next level and addressing the root cause of your symptoms with treatment approaches that actually work (and work you!).  Your treatment could include any or all of the following approaches based on your goals, preferences, and our recommendation!
HAVE US CONTACT YOU

Manual Therapy

You will work with a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT).  This means that your doctor has advanced training in joint and soft tissue mobilization and manipulation to help decrease pain, improve mobility, and facilitate muscle activity.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a form of treatment in which fine needles are inserted into myofascial trigger points (painful knots in muscles), tendons, ligaments, or near nerves in order to stimulate a healing response in painful musculoskeletal conditions (low back pain, neck pain, headaches, shoulder impingement, golfers & tennis elbow, rotator cuff tendinitis).

Golf-Specific Physical Therapy

Work with a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Doctor of Physical Therapy to help get you out of pain and improve your performance on the course.

Pain-Free Golflete Programs

Work on golf-specific strength, power, and mobility to increase distance and consistency from tee to green.  We'll help you identify your individual needs and give you a plan and guidance to take your game to the next level!

Running Gait Analysis

Work with a Certified Running Gait Analyst to address your body's physical capabilities for running through our proven Runner Readiness Assessment.  Then, analyze your running technique to learn what can be done to make you a more efficient, resilient, and high performing runner!
